





Day 1 : Phnom Penh
Arrival at Phnom Penh International Airport and warm welcome by our guide. Phnom Penh sightseeing tour , full of charm , historical capital with wide avenues and beautiful gardens through the Monument of Independence of Angkorian style adorned by beautiful gardens tower to symbolize the day Cambodia achieved independence from French in November 1953 and Wat Phnom built on a small artificial hill topped by a magnificent pagoda monastery for housing sacred relics and a huge stupa of the former king Ponhea Yat founder of the Phnom Penh capital. You will visit the colonial districk that has preserved its many houses of French style , passing the national library , the Municipality of Phnom Penh , Calmette Hospital , the Embassy of France and Chhruoy Changva bridge over the Tonle Sap and the great post .
visit the Royal Palace built in 1866 by King Norodom consisting of different structures grouped in an enclosure with a remarkable architecture of Khmer art , the Silver Pagoda which tile is made of silver (or pagoda emerald ) located inside the Royal Palace brings together masterpieces by such a large gold Buddha weighing 90kg solid gold and encrusted with diamonds 9584 , an emerald Buddha and baccarat crystal .
The afternoon , visit the National Museum stunning example of Khmer architecture which was officially inaugurated in 1920 in which are exhibited artworks and sculptures relating to different periods of the history of art Khmer.

Jour 2 : Phnom Penh
Enjoy your time inTuol Toumpoung market , well known Russian market , ideal center for antiques and souvenirs, visit S-21 or Tuol Sleng (genocide museum) which was the most secret of the Khmer Rouge regime member. S-21 represents the “Security Office 21″, was the establishment of security Angkar specifically designed for querying and anti Angkar elements of extermination.
In the afternoon, visit school dance that you might see education of all the gestures of Khmer dances.Enjoy your trip by tricycle along Tonle Sap quay.

Day 3 : Phnom Penh – Kompong Cham-Kratie
Travel to Kratie via Kompong Cham province, stop at Skun spider market, after arrival at Kratie road to Kampi site through Tmor Kre village specialized of sticky rice cake cooked in cut bamboo stalks . Taste them ! and do not forget the delicious taste of grapefruit of Koh Trong . Boat to attend the presence of Irrawaddy dolphins which survives only in this part of the Mekong.

Day 4 : Kratie-Ratanakiri
Kratie city tour, visit morning and Wat Rokar Kandal. After that, drive to to Banlung also known as Red city in Ratanakiri , nicknamed the “Red City” because of the omnipresent laterite.
Departure to discover the volcanic lake Yeak Lom-shaped crater , a circular lake which date from 700,000 years ago and is believed to originate from a falling meteorite. It is sacred belief of the tribes of Ratanakiri.

Day 5 : Ratanakiri – The totems Tampouns
Ratanakiri “Mountain of Gems” is a province of Cambodia located in the remote northeast. Ratanakiri has been occupied by the highland Khmer Loeu people, who are a minority elsewhere in Cambodia.
In the morning, early, visit with the Banlung market, a particular market
who start every morning very early, different ethnities (Kroeung, Tompuon, Jarai), to sell or exchange their products, vegetables, gathering in forest, game, etc.. These ethnic groups are very recognizable with a small round wicker basket that women wear on their backs or in front of them for the market.Then starting to the village of Voeune Sai. This village located on the left bank of the Se San river; is composed of several communities, Chinese, Laotian and Tompuon. Departure by boat on the river Se San, to visit a village tribe where Tompuon practice funeral statuary (Totem wooden statue in the likeness of the deceased, installed in a “graveyard”).
Day 6 : Ratanakiri – The Kroeung territory
Depart for a trip through rubber plantations towards the nearby waterfalls and elephant ride before heading towards Laos and the village of Taveng.
First cross Vealrum Plang, a round lava field in the forest; a few steps away there is a small waterfall (in the rainy season only) surrounded by tigers caves. Later on, we stop at some nice Kroeung villages located in the forest on both sides of the road.
The more North we go, the more beautiful the forest. In some Kroeung villages, depending on the season, we might discover some quite impressive bachelor houses built on very high stilts. Let’s notice that, when they have achieved their
goal and when the young man has become head of a family, these houses are destroyed before being raised again by younger men the following season.

Day 7 : Ratanakiri – Kompong Thom
Return trip to Kompong Thom via Kratié and Kompong Cham cities through cham villages and the varieties lanscape. Overnight .
Day 8 : Kompong Thom- Siem Reap
By laterite road of 35 km to reach Sambo Prey Kuk , a group of pre- Angkorian temples scattered in the forest , the capital before Angkor for several centuries. It was founded during the reign of King Içanavarman who reunited the mainland Khmer ( Chenla Kuok ) and the coastal territory Khmer ( Chenla Toek ) . This tour is an interesting prelude to the complex visit the temples of Angkor.
Return to the main road to Siem Reap through villages and rice fields dotted with palm sugar, Khmer houses, stop at Kompong Kdei to visit a beautiful old archaeological bridge at the time of Angkor ” Naga Bridge “. Then arrived at the village of Roluos, you will enjoy a sleigh ride an ox or buffaloes cart , a rural transport. Arrive in Siem Reap, the cradle of Khmer civilization which many temples.

Day 9 : Siem Reap
Transfer to floating village of the Chong Khneas, located in the south of Siem Reap. Take a traditional wooden boat for a ride on the Tonle Sap rivers, the “Great Lake” of Cambodia and the largest in Asia, its extraordinary bio-diversity and hydrology make it an ecological wonder of the world, offer visitors an insight into the old tradition of riparian life and natural splendour of Cambodia. You also do shopping at Old Market & colonial quarter; take your time to enjoy a busy market day, communicating with the local sales and all sorts of their products. It’s quite a sight to see, to give somewhat a picture of Cambodian social living and visit workshop of Artisan d’Angkor the sculpture on stone and wood carving.
In afternoon, visit the ANGKOR NATIONAL MUSEUM which is a profound cultural landmark in Siem Reap placing in the area of 20,000 Sq.m. which combined together The Museum: The world-class museum that reveals the legend of Golden Era of Khmer Kingdom, and The Museum Mall: The lifestyle landmark providing completed facilities and recreation services for both tourists and local community.
Day 10 : Siem Reap
Tuk Tuk ( motorized cart ) ride towards Angkor Thom (Great City ) starting visits by the South Gate and the famous Bayon Temple built by Jayavarman VII in the late twelfth century and dedicated to Buddhism , composed of 54 gigantic towers 216 faces of Avalokitesvara , pyramidal Baphuon temple XIth century representing Mount Meru dedicated to brahamanisme , Phimean Akas (Celestial Palace ) pyramid with three levels representing Mount Meru, the Terrace of Elephants measuring 350m long welcomed the splendor of royal audiences and public ceremonies, the leper king terrace platform has several admirable figures carved apsaras .
In the afternoon , visit Angkor Wat , World Heritage with its soaring towers and magnificent bas-reliefs. This is a most extraordinary monument ever conceived by the human mind , built in the twelfth century (1112-1152) in honor of Vishnu.
Finally, in late afternoon , you climb to the top of Phnom Bakheng Hill and discover the first temple in the Angkor region built in the early 9th century . You admire the beautiful sunset on the Western Baray and the surrounding sites.

Day 11 : Siem Reap
Start visiting the Angkor temples of small circuit : Prasat Kravan, it consists of five sanctuary brick lined up side by side along a north-south axis on the same terrace, Srah Srang ( ablution basin ), then Banteay Kdei ( fortress cells ) originally Buddhist temple and Shaivite . The interest of this temple lies in the work of sculpture pediments and lintels having escaped the destruction of the XIII century. , Ta Prohm built by Jayavarman VII as a residence for his mother. This shrine was deliberately left in the state to maintain intact the memory of the visions of explorers who revealed Angkor to the west . Today, the gaze is attracted by the lush vegetation and invasive which is intimately stones .
The afternoon, visit the temples in the big circuit : Preah Khan ( Sacred Sword ) temple built by King Jayavarman VII , dedicated to his father, Neak Pean ( naga hugging himself ) stands on a round base carved petals lotus and contained in the folds of two nagas , Ta Som dated from the time of Preah Khan was destroyed by vegetation, East Mebon stands in the center of an ancient artificial lake built in Yashovarman was built at the beginning of the reign of the tenth century Rajendravarman II and Prasat Pre Rup , funerary temple, built in the 10th century is undoubtedly a Hindu until sunset .
Day 12 : Siem Reap
Excursion to Kbal Spean or Thousand Lingas located about 35km north of Angkor. After traveling through the villages , you will walk another 45 minutes through the forest to reach the river contributes to the irrigation of Angkor. You will first lingas ( phallic symbols ) as a pad that gave its name to the site ” River of a Thousand Lingas “. Then visit Banteay Samre ( Samrès fortress ) built in the XII century this temple in the Angkor style , this monument placed on a low base was probably a funerary temple. You will have the opportunity to walk in the village and contact people on their daily activities , particularly the production of sugar palm from the juice of sugar palm tree.
