Day 1 : Siem Reap – Angkor Museum
Arrival at Siem Reap International Airport at noon time and warm welcome by tour guide.
Visit the Angkor National Museum displays many gallery : Gallery of 1,000 Buddha images, Gallery of Khmer Civilization, Gallery of Religion and Beliefs, Gallery of the Great Khmer Kings, Gallery of Angkor Wat, Gallery of Angkor Thom, Gallery of Story from Stones, Gallery of Ancient Costume.

Day 2 : Siem Reap – Angkor temples
After breakfast, starting to discover the Rolous Group temples , it is a collection of monuments representing the remains of Hariharalya, the first major capital of the Angkorian era Khmer Empire : Lolei, Preah Ko & Bakong temple. Continuous to visit the Grand Circuit : Preah Khan temple (sacred sword) built by King Jayavarman VII, dedicated to his father, Neak Pean (coiled serpents) from the encoiled nagas that encircled the temple , Ta Som, the most distant temple on the grand circuit. Small but classic Jayavarman VII temple, East Mebon, architecturally and artistically superior temple-mountain. Beautifully carved false doors on upper level as well as anattendez excellent view of the surrounding countryside and Pre Rup, traditionally believed to be a funerary temple, but in fact the state temple of Rajendravarman II at sunset.

Day 3 : Siem Reap – Angkor temples
Enjoy Tuk-Tuk ride to Angkor Thom temples (the Great City) with visiting the Southern Gate, famous Bayon temple (12th century in the center of city remains one the most enigmatic temples of the Angkor group composed of 54 gothic towers decorated with 216 smiling faces of Avalokitesvara; Baphuon temple lying just to the north of Bayon a pyramidal representation of mythical Mont Meru; Terrasse of Elephants used as a giant reviewing stand for public ceremonies and served as a base for the king’s grand audience hall ; Terrace of the Leper King a plateform 7m high, on the top stands a nude though sexless statue; Phimean Akas temple means “Celestial Palace”, dedicated to Hinduism.
Afternoon, visit Angkor Wat, one of the seven greatest architectural wonders of the world, as a temple and mausoleum for King Suryavarman II at the peak of the Khmer empire in the first half of 12th . Angkor Wat is probably the best-preserved of the Angkorean temples, with a central tower surrounded by four smaller towers.
Finally, in the late afternoon, coming to the Phnom Bakheng temple, the first temple in Angkor region build by the Yacovarman I King in the first of 9th century, located on a slope gently hill where thousands tourist are grouping on the hill top to catch a memorable time of life when viewing the marvelous sunset.

Day 4 : Siem Reap – Angkor temples
Transfer to Kbal Spean or the thousand Lingas river. You’ll walk 45mn through the jungle to join the site and discover the sculpt rock : Vishnou sleeping over a snake, Nandin the bull, Shiva Urma… On the way back , visit Banteay Srey l with pink sandstone, Sras Srang and Ta Prohm which never had been repair in order to preserve the sight of the first Angkor’s explorers and sunset at Sras Srang.

Day 5 : Siem Reap – Kompong Thom – Kompong Cham
Road to Kompong Cham province via Kompong Thom . On the way , visit the antique Naga brige at Kompong Kdei, then by road of 35 km to reach Sambo Prey Kuk , a group of pre- Angkorian temples scattered in the forest , the capital before Angkor for several centuries. It was founded during the reign of King Içanavarman who reunited the mainland Khmer ( Chenla Kuok ) and the coastal territory Khmer ( Chenla Toek ). Continuous to Kompong Cham. Overnight in Kompong Cham.
Day 6: Kompong Cham – Phnom Penh
Kompong Cham is one of the most populated provinces located on the bank of Mekong River with keeping its market and some nice buildings keeping French style . Stroll along the Mekong where during low water, long woven bamboo bridge connected the island to the river banks. Visit the men and women hills of the buddhist sanctuary (Phnom Proh and Phnom Srei) Wat Kokor temple . Then road to Phnom Penh, stop at Skun , the only one market that you can contact with vendor of spider and cricket.

Day 7 : Phnom Penh
Orientation of Phnom Penh city, full of charm , historical capital with wide avenues and beautiful gardens through the Monument of Independence of Angkorian style adorned by beautiful gardens tower to symbolize the day Cambodia achieved independence from French in November 1953 and Wat Phnom built on a small artificial hill topped by a magnificent pagoda monastery for housing sacred relics and a huge stupa of the former king Ponhea Yat founder of the Phnom Penh capital. You will visit the colonial districk that has preserved its many houses of French style , passing the national library , the Municipality of Phnom Penh , Calmette Hospital , the Embassy of France and Chhruoy Changva bridge over the Tonle Sap and the great post .
Visit the Royal Palace built in 1866 by King Norodom consisting of different structures grouped in an enclosure with a remarkable architecture of Khmer art , the Silver Pagoda which tile is made of silver (or pagoda emerald ) located inside the Royal Palace brings together masterpieces by such a large gold Buddha weighing 90kg solid gold and encrusted with diamonds 9584 , an emerald Buddha and baccarat crystal
The afternoon , visit the National Museum stunning example of Khmer architecture which was officially inaugurated in 1920 in which are exhibited artworks and sculptures relating to different periods of the history of art Khmer.

Day 8 : Phnom Penh
Visit Tuol Sleng or S 21 ( Genocide Museum ), which was the most secret organ system Khmer Rouge. S-21 represents the ” Security Office 21″, was the establishment of security minister Angkar specifically designed for querying and anti Angkar elements of extermination, then Tuol Toumpoung market known Russian market , ideal center for antiques and souvenirs .
In the afternoon , you will have the opportunity to visit the school dance, you might see the basis training the gestures of dance . At the end, enjoy boat cruise on Mekong River for 1 hour at sunset.
Overnight in Phnom Penh.
Day 9: Phnom Penh- Sihanoukville
Road on 230 km to the seaside town of Sihanoukville, through villages with their pagodas and markets , fields of coconut oil , stop at the Pich Nil mountain with its green valleys .
Arrival around noon , transfer to hotel .

Day 10: Sihanoukville

Day 11: Sihanoukville – Kampot – Phnom Penh Airport
Road to Phnom Penh through beautiful villages and through the Kampot town keeping many houses of French style .
Flight back.
